Fettuccini with Basil and Brie

I love this recipe. I originally found it from a friend but recently saw it on here. I use the gemeli pasta instead. In the summer I use fresh tomatoes from Jersey but right now they arent in season so I used the diced can tomatoes and they work just as well. Delicious and very easy to make

Incredible. Loved it. Followed directions but i will have to do the water bath to a T this time. I made a mistake and it had a small crack. Still tasted delicious though.

Delicious. I made them for a work gathering and everyone loved them. I used others suggestions and used oil instead of butter. Next time I think I will add walnuts.

Tomato 'n' Shrimp Pasta

Super easy and delicious. My boyfriend actually liked it and he usually doesnt like the pasta dishes I make. Making it again tonight. I used whole wheat pasta and it tasted just as delicious. I also added some veggies like zucchini and green peppers.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Delicious. I used others suggestions of using low fat sour cream instead of mayo and it turned out great. Maybe I will try creamed spinach next time for a little different flavor.

Honey Mustard Dressing II

Delicious! Tastes identical to honey mustard in restaurants. I decrease the mayo and add a little more honey and dijon mustard. But this is excellent and incredibly easy to make.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

I pretty much followed this recipe exactly. Everyone loved it. I did make a minor change, I made mini cheesecakes instead of 1 big one. I took crushed graham crackers and butter and lined the bottom of cupcake liners and then followed the recipe as directed. I added some pumpkin pie spice for extra flavor.

White Peach Sangria

Delicious! I used peach schnapps and then added some vodka for a kick. For the wine I used pino grigio. You need to double the recipe or it will go very quickly. I took some suggestions and used frozen peaches and frozen strawberries, however, I left the grapes out. Will make again and again. Everyone loved it!

Delicious. Everyone loves it. I made mini cheesecakes by using crumbled graham crackers and putting them into the cupcake trays. Wouldnt change a thing!

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

I loved it as well as my boyfriend, who is very picky about chicken meals. I mixed stuffing in the mix and then sprinkled some on top (I am a big stuffing fan) and then topped with bread crumbs as other users suggested. I also used 2 cans soup and milk instead of mayo. Very delicious, will make again.
