Country Apple Dumplings

Excellent! I love that I could feed the whole family dessert with just two apples! I did use 1 c white and 1/2 c brown sugars.

Cream Puffs

Wonderful. Wonderful! Beyond Wonderful!!! I made the blueberry sauce from this site and poured it over them. OMG it was so good. I have to go jogging now. DH ate three at one sitting.

Teena's Overnight Southern Buttermilk Biscuits

Biscuits have always been my downfall. I have tried a bazillion different recipes, and THIS is the ONE! Easy, and they come out PERFECT. I love that I can throw them together the night before then just bake them. I am not a morning person, so these are great. I made them for the first time today and DH requested them again for tomorrow. Great recipe, thanx!

Frozen Peppermint Cheesecake

Really good. It was a nice light dessert to top off Christmas feast. I too added crushed candy to the filling and sprinkled some on the top with a little of the crushed Oreos.

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

The spices in this rub are fabulous!! The roast was outstanding, it was juicy, and flavorful and cooked to perfection. We did a 12.5 lb roast and sliced the leftovers thin for sandwiches the next day and it was still tasty and not at all dry.

French Fries without the Fry

These are the best french fries we've ever made. I have a little trouble with the potatoes sticking together after I microwave them, but if i spray them with cooking spray first, it helps a lot. Great recipe, thanks!!

Overnight Bubble Bread

My picky husband ate 5 of these this morning, and cowboys gave a thumbs up! I had no rolls, so I made white bread and rolled it up like cinnamon rolls and froze it. This is a definite keeper!(I also chopped up the pecans)

Easy Tootsie Rolls

I made these this morning to go on a Kitty Litter cake. They were quick, easy to mold (you can make absolutely disgusting shapes) and do taste just like real tootsie rolls.

San Francisco Sourdough Bread

This was a really good tart-sweet lemonade. We have juiced a bunch of lemons and are now freezing the juice in 2cup measures just to make this!

Rockin' Salsa

I fed this to a bunch of cowboys, our boss and an executive chef. They all loved it. I was told to "keep track of that recipe".The chef said if you didn't want it quite so sweet, to add just a touch more salt. Great canning recipe!
