Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread
Very easy Very good! The key to shortbread is not to over mix or the cookie becomes heavy. I put in some mini chocolate chips. I will do this one again and again!

German Potato Pancakes
Yum! Perfect. Didn't change anything. Used Yukon Gold potatoes - soaked in cold water - stayed beautifully yellow.
