Tangy Four-Bean Salad
Yum! The vinaigrette was one of the best I've had. Just the right amount of oil, vinegar, sugar, etc. I cut back on pepper due to personal preference :D

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
This recipe made the moisest banana bread I have ever had. I had three very small and not very ripe bananas so to create a very banana-y flavor I added a packet of non-instant banana pudding mix and used banana yogurt instead of the sour cream. I also added a teaspoon of cinnamon and half a teaspoon of nutmeg. I made them into muffins and cooked them for about 24 minutes. They were AMAZING by the next morning. I would highly reccomend letting them sit for a day as it allows the flavors to truly meld. Rich and moist and delicious.

Applesauce Cookies II
I used smart lite margerine and added an extra 1/4 cup of applesauce instead of an egg to make them even healthier and they still turned out great, thank you.
