I love these! Although , I do not bake mine. I just let them simmer in tomato sauce for about an hour. They are great with sour cream!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Great and easy recipe, but I didn't understand the reason for the shortening, it turned into little crunchy bits. The second time I went without and the strawberries came out perfect. I also found that semi-sweet chocolate chips taste the best...I mede this with apple slices as well as strawberries!
