Chocolate Cobbler
I made this twice. The first time I made the mistake of not using self rising flour. It tasted fin but looked terrible. The second time I added salt and baking powder to the flour and it turned out perfect! I was curious if the cobbler could be made ahead of time and then heated through again, if it would still be good. It was wonderful made ahead as well.
