About this Cook
I'm 22 years old. I live with my fiance Kris Fawcett. He and I go to college together at Eastfield in Mesquite, TX. We have two cats, Mikey and Bobby (he's named Bobby because he's a Manx and has a "bob" tail, lol). Eventually I hope to become a psychological profiler. If you want to know more about me you can visit my myspace at http://www.myspace.com/gingerfawcett.
My favorite things to cook
Minestrone, No Bake Cookies, Chicken Noodle Soup, Balsamic Chicken, Chicken Cordon Bleu
My cooking triumphs
I once prepared a 4 course meal for my beau at the time and myself that included: Caesar Salad, French Onion Soup, Chicken Cordon Bleu, and Chocolate Mousse.
My cooking tragedies
Any attempt to make Chicken and Dumplings. Utter disaster. Epic Fail. I'd like to make Chicken and Dumplings like you get at Cracker Barrel though.

30-Minute Minestrone
It's pretty good but it needs more spices in my opinion.

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
This recipe might have been better if it weren't for the onion, maybe just a touch of onion salt or powder instead.

A Southern Fried Chicken
The breading was really good, but the directions were very poor. Cooking until golden brown on both sides does not get the inside of the chicken near the bones cooked at all and for someone who's new at cooking (like me) those instructions were very misleading. Even using boneless chicken, the inside still wasn't cooked thoroughly.
