Hot Dog Creole
My mother used to make this when I was a child and called it "Hot Dog Slop". It's cheap, quick and surprisingly good. I like it best over egg noodles and topped with grated parmesan cheese. It's definitely one of those recipes you just have to try to appreciate.

Rolled Dumplings
Wow! I can't beleive how easy these were to make. I had an extra rotisserie chicken on hand so I deboned it and made a basic stock. I boiled the dumplings in the stock(about 4 cups) and added the shredded rotisserie chicken and some fresh parley at the end. My husband said that it was the best chicken and dumplings he ever had! Thanks!

Sarma (Stuffed Cabbage)
Great recipe!! As suggested, I parboiled the cabbage head with a bit of vinegar instead of freezing. I sauteed the onion with fresh minced garlic before adding to ground beef/pork mixture and also added vegeta seasoning. They turned out perfectly, my husband and I could not stop eating them!!
