Jayme's Cole Slaw
Good, easy recipe. I used light mayo and a bit less sugar. I will try the splenda the next time. Also added raisens which are a favorite at our house.

Mimi's Giant Whole-Wheat Banana-Strawberry Muffins
I have made these muffins twice now and everyone seems to like them. I used the strawberries the first time and they were OK. I much prefer fresh blueberries which gave the muffins more "pop". I also used canola oil This recipe will be in my permanent file
