Chicken with Mushrooms, Prosciutto, and Cream Sauce
I really enjoyed this one - the sauce is great! I personally think it needs more muchrooms so I added some to the sauce while it was cooking and I also added a bit of corn starch. I will also try covering it next time to keep the mushrooms moist. There are so many things you can do to add your own little twist to the recipe, I can't wait to try it again!
