Hey, everyone. My name is Chris. I'm a San Francisco native and I'm 23 years old. I've just started out baking, but I've wanted to try my hand at it for a few years now. It's quite a nice feeling seeing others enjoy the end-product of your time and labor. I would really like to make a viable/lucrative career out of it one day, perhaps even owning my very own bakery! We'll see! Cooking has always fascinated me, maybe even more so because I wasn't allowed near the oven or stove growing up! Baking especially piques my interest; How those bakers create all those fanciful patries and desserts just wows me. In my family, it has been tradition that every year at Thanksgiving I get to make the cranberry sauce! I like to try something new every year. This past year, I decided to add a citrus-y twist to the sauce, adding orange zest and a bit of pineapple juice to it. The family loved it. My latest success has been making cream puffs! I've had a few!
