Delicious Beef Tongue Tacos
I cooked the tongue for about 10 hours, shredded it, cooked the tomatoes and 1 jalapeno, then just threw the onion and meat in and cooked it altogether. It was wet, but the best tongue taco's I've ever had and everyone else who was willing to try it, raved!

I only cooked this about 40 minutes and it was done, had to add some more liquid at the end. I also would have chopped the onions much smaller and added about double the herbs, except the cilantro. This was very good scooped up with naan.

Grilled Onion Blossom
I thought it was barely edible. It didn't seem to have any real flavor and I didn't care for the texture!
