I have started a Culinary degree but currently not going to school. I work full time at a wedding cake/specialty cake shop where I learn lots of intresting things! Steaks, sweets, anything potatoes... My very awesome cake shown in my picture. I made this for a competition called ChocolateFest that they hold in Hershey, PA every year. I won 3 awards and a silver platter for the best overall student cake.
