Creamy Broccoli Casserole
Very creamy! I took the advice of some of the others who tried this recipe, and added both garlic and onion powder, as well as some cheddar cheese. It turned out well. I will probably cut out more of the cream cheese next time...but there will be a next time.

Spinach Cheese Tortellini
Very tasty!! I did not have any tomoates, so just left it out. Substituted one clove of minced garlic for the garlic salt. We will definitely make this again!

Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche
This has quickly become a favorite in our household. I have made it with and without the mayonnaise and it turns out wonderfully every time. The mayo gives it a fluffy texture that is unique and very tasty!
