Kosher Salt Encrusted Prime Rib Roast

We made this last Christmas and it was the BEST ever!!! Better than Lawry's downtown Chicago!!!! We also served it for Super Bowl and Easter Sunday and it was a hit with all our guests!!!! I didn't alter the recipe one bit. It is perfect as it is!!!Thank you so much!!!!

Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion

My partner loved these!!! He normally only likes "shake & bake" for pork. (very dry) Thank you!!! I added sliced carrots and a little more water and extra bouillon.

Easy Turkey Gravy

I have cooked Thanksgiving dinner for over 20 years, and have never made homemade gravy. I would used jarred or mixes. This year I made this EASY turkey gravy and it was GREAT!!!! Easy, quick and delicious! I will make it for years to come!! Thank you!!!
