Emily's Famous Chili
The base recipe was good but entirely to spicy for most people. I have toned down the ingredients and come up with an altered version that I love.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
My husband enjoyed this, which is the reason I am giving it 3 stars. However, my 2 boys and I picked our way through it. The biscuits (I used buttermilk biscuits and the flavor seemed to overpower the other foods - but this is my fault as the recipe doesn't call for buttermilk) did not form dumplings. It turned out to be a big mushy mess.
