Chocolate Mint Cookies I
These are AMAZING and very easy to make! I followed the recipe just as directed with no adjustments. This is now my new favorite cookie recipe!!

Brownie Mallow Bars
These aren't bad, but they are VERY sweet! I followed this recipe just as directed, the chocolate/peanutbutter mix does not "spread" on as it says to do in the recipe. I even added more butter to it hoping it would thin it out a little more, but no luck.

Beef and Bean Chimichangas
This is a great recipe, it can easily be adjusted to whatever you might be prefer. I did not use the Taco sauce b/c it often over powers the flavors of a dish. It still turned out really good!!!
