I recently finished baking & pastry school and am currently working as a baker in a small coffee shop. I love cooking and baking at home, especially during the holidays. comfort food, ethnic food, desserts... I love cooking big themed dinners and holiday meals. Christmas dinner, hands down. Roasted Turkey, the perfect bread stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, homemade buns, cranberry/orange sauce, creamed corn, and the best sandwiches the next day. Making my first turkey dinner. When i was about 13 years old i attempted to make a pavlova; the egg whites whipped up beautifully and everything looked fine...until we tasted it. I had forgotten to add the sugar! It was disgusting...but pretty funny.
