Coconut Curry Tofu
It was easy, but it wasn't good. It was just missing the depth of a great curry. We were really disappointed.

Fresh Rhubarb Bread Pudding
This is awesome!! I was looking for something beyond the typical pie for my fresh rhubarb and I hit a winner!! Give this a try. You won't be disappointed.
