I didn't have any lemon juice oops! So I used lime instead and it still turned out great. My husband liked it too. We'd make it again.

My husband isn't a big blue cheese fan so I had to sneak this one in. He'll eat it if he doesn't know what's in it. So he had a bite and said, "This is pretty good." A great compliment from him! I liked it a lot. I couldn't find pine nuts in my rural neck of the woods and it was still great.

Ok, I can't really cook very well. So if I can make this, anyone can! I've never made things where people are oohing and aaahhhing over it. No one has ever asked me for a recipe. However, I brought this into work and everyone went NUTS! One guy has begged me to make it for his birthday coming up! So good and so easy! Thank you so much!
