Very silly and happy person. I like to try different things and tastes when I am cooking. If I want to make something, I just think about it and go for it. I love to cook eggs. The first omlette I tried to make came out perfect! I also love to make pasta with stir fry. My step mom and my dad have seafood nights because my dad goes fishing. The best thing about the meal is the fried onion rings that my stepmom cooks. They are so good!! I make a mean enchalada casserole. I can recreate my stepmom's onion rings. On my first attempt at making mozzarella cheese sticks, I did not double badder. The cheese leaked out and the crust fell off of every single "stick". My husband laughed at me.
