Fig and Olive Tapenade
I made this for a wine and cheese party, and hardly any of the other cheeses were touched! This was literally devoured within an hour, and I had used a large goat cheese log from Costco! Many thanks for a fabulous recipe.

Grilled Marinated Shrimp
So simple and so yummy! Made this for a Memorial Day BBQ and it was a huge hit! I used another reviewer's suggestion and doubled the marinade to use as the pasta sauce, and let the shrimp marinate for one hour. Everything turned out fantastic, thank you for a perfect recipe!!
