Oven Fried Chicken IV
I gave this a 5-star, even though I changed 2 things, because I never would've thought of making chicken this way! Rather than using sour cream I used yogurt (with just a little milk to thin it a bit)...I also added the spices to the yogurt rather than the corn flakes. Otherwise, followed the recipe and the chicken was excellent...super juicy on the inside and just the right amount of crunch on the outside. SUPER!!!

Hot Cider Punch
This recipe was awesome! I didn't have a teaball or cheesecloth bag so I put the cinnamon sticks & cloves in a peeled orange...it worked well. The only other different thing I did was put the ingredients in a crock pot on low and I also dumped in a can of fruit cocktail for the kids...the house smelled delicious! This will defintely be a keeper around the holidays!!!

Pork Chop and Potato Casserole
I tried this recipe out and it was really great! I sauteed some onions & garlic (just a little), seasoned up the pork chops and cooked them fully. I cooked the sliced potatoes seperately only to give them some color and when they were about done, I mixed the chops & taters together, added cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup (two cans each, we have a very large family) and heated it through. It was GREAT and there were no left-overs for the next day. Even my picky son ate two servings!! Don't try this recipe without first seasoning the chops and adding a little seasoning to the potatoes, too; otherwise it will be way too bland.
