Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This was so good. I used left over bacon crumbles instead of ham, and added it last. I also added 4oz cream cheese to the milk mixture. Definately not low calorie, but sooo good. Bravo

Brown Sugar Smokies
This was great. I was worried about the mess, bacon grease and brown sugar. So I lined the bottom of a broiler pan with foil, and sprayed the top pan with cooking spray. Clean up was a snap. I just pitched the foil and the top washed so easy. They were so GOOD! My husband ate almost a whole batch. I had to take them away from him. Bravo.

Perfect Turkey
This is AWESOME! I hate making turkey because its so much work, and it doesn't always turn out. HOORAY! This was just perfect. I thought turning the bird 2/3ds thru would be difficult but it wasn't at all. A hint: Brining is Key. I didn't have a big enough stock pot to cover the Turkey with H20. So I put it in an oven bag, stuck it in a box and then filled the bag with enough water to cover the bird, and stuck it in the fridge. I had to remove a couple shelves to fit it in. When using an oven bag for brining make sure you double bag it. i haven't had one fail, but you never know. Thanks for the wonderful recipe. My family and I are happy we'll never eat another dried out bird again!
