My name is Jason, I'm only 15 years old and i started cooking when i was around 7. I enjoy cooking very much, and will major in culinary skills in college, i hope. I love to cook seafood, and desserts. My mom and I every year make Hamantaschens the triangular shaped cookie for Purim. I was cooking and threw a towel down, and it accidently went into the pan, and then after i took it out, i left it next to the stove, and it caught fire, and the food tasted like a dirty towel.
