LuvAnn's Guacamole
I made this recipe for a family gathering, and I was told it was the best Guacamole they had ever tasted. I didn't change a thing. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe!

Pork Chops with Onions and Apples
This was the first time I have every done Apples and onion with pork chops. It was excellent! My husband and I each enjoyed it very much. I also liked cooking on the grill, the pork was not over cooked it was very juicey. I wouldn't change a thing on this recipe. Thanks for sharing it.

Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Onions
I made this for dinner and my husband and I really enjoyed it. I did only use one Sweet onion though because it was very large. Instead of the amaretto liquer, I found amaretto syrup in my grocery store. It was very tastey.
