Turkey Bean Chili
I actually made this a while back and never rated it...I just came back to find it to make it again. I usually don't try recipes that haven't been rated a lot but it seemed easy so I thought I would try it. After I cooked the meat, onion and green peppers, I threw everything in the crockpot and cooked it on low all day. It turned out wonderful...I topped with shredded cheese, sour cream and crushed tortilla chips :)

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I had to try this after seeing how many reviews it had gotten. I used 1 can cream of celery, 1 can beef broth, and 1 packet of beefy onion dry soup mix. I also added carrots and onions to the pot. I used a 2lb rump roast that I seasoned with pepper and garlic powder covered with flour and browned on all sides before cooking it on low for 8 hours. I added a little flour to thicken up the gravy and served with mashed potatoes. We used our fork to cut the meat is was so tender!

Tuna Macaroni Salad
Just what I was looking for! Only thing I did different was not marinating the noodles...just mixed everything together at once. Next time I think I'll add hard boiled eggs for something extra :)
