Very tasty, very easy to make. My 4 year old helped me, it was that easy. I didn't change a thing and it was sweet, moist and wonderful from the start.

So easy to make. I put mine in a loaf pan and made it with my sister-in-law's homemade jam... Yum! Turned out wonderfully.

This cornbread recipe is the best one I've ever tried. It is moist and cake-like with a hint of sweetness. In the past two weeks every family with a new baby or an illness has received cornbread along with chicken and rice soup. I've gotten great responses and now am sharing the recipe (and the website) with loads of friends. Just don't forget to mix the batter for more than 5 minutes! I've even put the 15 servings size recipe in an 8x8 pan, decreased the oven temperature to 350 degrees and left it in for twice as long. It turns out great!
