Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV
This is my favorite recipe on this site. I've made it 4 or 5 times. Each time I do something a little different, and it's always good. I use Bacardi rum instead of wine because I like the taste better. I also don't like dry meat, so I add about a half cup of water right before it starts cooking. I also use frozen hashbrowns instead of potatoes, and frozen diced onions. It's a time saver, and tastes delicious.
