Easy Taco Casserole
Sorry, this was gross. My instincts told me that the mayo was an odd ingredient but I used it anyway, and I think that's what ruined it. I can't remember the last time I actually threw food away, but had to this time. Maybe w/sour cream instead of mayo it's ok?

Crispy Chocolate Log
Yummy, but mine turned-out ugly. The chocolate seeped through all the nooks & crannies to the outside. Krispie layer too warm when I spread the chocolate maybe?

Chocolate Pecan Tassies
Tedious to make. Filling was like a dry, bland brownie. Bummer. Crust was ok & I might try it w/a different filling--lemon maybe.
