Really delicious pie! Very easy, but so yummy! I made one with the nut topping and one without, and both were gobbled up! I really liked the texture that the beaten egg whites added to the pie and definately recommend doing that part. It made it so light and fluffy, rather than dense. I'm tempted to make another for my family tonight... so good!

An easy fool proof recipe that tastes amazing. I've always been intimidated by fruit pies, but this was sooo simple and delicious. I increased cornstarch to 1/4 cup, and used all frozen raspberries, strawberries and blackberries. I even used frozen crusts, but you would never guess. My husband, an artist, used the leftover pie crust pieces to make the flower pattern on top, then I brushed it with egg white so it was shiny. Really great recipe. Loved it!
