Three Berry Pie
An easy fool proof recipe that tastes amazing. I've always been intimidated by fruit pies, but this was sooo simple and delicious. I increased cornstarch to 1/4 cup, and used all frozen raspberries, strawberries and blackberries. I even used frozen crusts, but you would never guess. My husband, an artist, used the leftover pie crust pieces to make the flower pattern on top, then I brushed it with egg white so it was shiny. Really great recipe. Loved it!
