Chicken Marsala
took out the chicken after frying using mostly olive oil, kept them in oven at 250 (next time should try 200). Used marsala wine only, and added some half and half for the sauce to make it a little creamy. sauteed the onion and mushroom, then add the wine. very tasty. served with pasta, garlic and basil. bread is a must to soak up the sauce.

Chicken Pasta II
I used 1 can of diced tomatoes. Listen to one of the users and used red wine vinegar instead of white wine. It was sour so I had to put some sugar on it. It was good, except a little sour. Only thing is that kids loved it. I used basil, thyme, and rosemary instead of Italian seasoning. I seasoned the chicken with cornstarch, soy sauce and garlic powder, and also cooked the chicken with minced garlic. Will definitely try with white wine next time.

Easy Shake and Bake Chicken
Not too flavorful. Used drumstick. Very juicy and pretty crunchy but needed more flavor.
