I am not an experienced cook, so I followed the recipe to a T. The boneless chops I used were wonderful, but the rice was soupy to the point of unusable. It did not absorb the liquid well. liked it enough that I will try again and this time mix the rice and mushroom soup mixture together before baking, and probably stir it half way through.
