Ian's Potato-Vegetable Soup
This soup is great. First time I made it I ate it all myself. This time I doubled it and with three of us eating it, it's almost all gone. Next time I will triple it. Very simple and quick to make. I cooked the carrots first, they take longer than the other vegetables. Thanks for sharing Ian.

Oatmeal Crispies I
These cookies are fantastic. Followed recipe exactly. The only thing I did differently was to roll dough into balls and flatten with fork. Didn't need to dip fork in milk. Baked for 14 minutes. Made about 6 dozen cookies. This recipe is a keeper. Thanks for sharingCathie.

Green Bean Salad
I made this salad today and couldn't wait four hours so tried them after an hour and a half. It was so good, I can imagine how good it will be after it sits a little longer. Can't wait. Followed the recipe. Thanks Patsy. I have something new to serve for the next family gathering.
