This has been my go-to brownie recipe for quite some time now. However, I never rated it since the title of the brownie says it all: Quick and Easy, and redundant isn't helpful. However, never had I truly appreciated that title more than when I was asked to bake a very large quantity of brownies for a school event--and one evening to do it.Based on previous reviews, I make the following changes: 1 1/2 Tsp. vanilla; 1 Cup Flour; 3 eggs. Great recipe!

I LOVE this recipe. I've tried others on this site and always come back to this one. It's easy and versatile. I've altered it and made it with sausage, peppers and onions; mozzarella with sweet peppers, and even buffalo chicken strips with mozzarella. The only problem I have with this recipe is that no matter what I throw in there, I can never seem to make enough.

I baked these, per other reviews, at 400 degrees for 40 min. since I needed to make large quantities. I then served them at a graduation party to a group of avid buffalo wing fans. They had seconds, thirds and fourths and asked to take some home. I even served a batch with Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce and they went quickly too. Awesome!
