Cracked Wheat Sourdough Bread
I really liked this recipe, but I found that there was no yeast listed in the ingredients. I don't know if this was a typo or not, but the dough would not rise without adding yeast. I added yeast on my second attempt and everything went just as planned. Bread tastes great!!
