My favorite things to cook
I love to cook pasta dishes. My family is mostly Italian so I love garlic and dishes with alot of flavor. But at the same time I hate spending hours in the kitchen so I like quick dishes.

My father and I every year would work in the kitchen together to prepare Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner.

I won a shopping spree off of militaryshoppers.com for my BBQ Meatball Recipe I put on there. I also took 1st place for best tasting chili in the Navy Times Fleet Week Chili Cookoff.

Easy Herb Roasted Turkey
I used this recipe for my first Thanksgiving turkey I've ever cooked last year in '07 and it was a huge hit!!! I plan on using it again this year and for many years to come!!!
