Oatmeal Craisin Cookies
Great recipe! I didn't have any raisins so I doubled the craisins and "plumped" them by beating the eggs, vanilla (which I doubled) and some cinnmon in a bowl and letting the craisins sit in the mixture for about an hour. I will make this again.

Guinness(R) Corned Beef
Great recipe! I cooked for 8 hours on low in the crockpot using 24 ounces of Guiness and about half of the spice packet that came with the beef. This made a wonderful main course and great sandwiches for the few leftovers. Will make again!
