My favorite things to cook
Bread, bread, and more bread. Something about kneading dough soothes me, and there cannot be a more pleasant smell than fresh baked bread.
My cooking triumphs
I made my first lemon meringue pie at 12. The first two attempts were disastrous, but once I got it right, I was hooked on cooking for life.
