Shepherd's Pie
I thought this was a wonderful recipe! I added two more potatoes. Also I added shallots and garlic to my beef while cooking. It makes a lot of food. Will make this again for sure!

Shrimp Scampi Bake
Love this recipe. I use the papa johns garlic buttter and pour it on, wow it makes it even that much better.

Brian's Favorite Sauce
Great sauce! Let it simmer all day for great flavor. It does make a whole lot of sauce. I like my sauce a bit thicker. this is a somewhat watery sauce. So you may want to thicken it.
