BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
The best. The only thing I changed was that I added a bottle of beer I had in the fridge. I cooked this in the crock one day, shredded and refrigerated until the next day. I knew by how tender it was when it shredded that it was going to be a keeper. Plus, it tasted great even before the bbq sauce. Served with a cole slaw recipe from this site. Great, EASY dinner. Thank you!
