Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I am a baker who sells bake goods at local farmer's markets. I use to make the old Mrs. Field's Chocolate chip cookies until I made these and my customer's went nuts. So this is it. These are the only ones I'll make now. Thanks for posting this wonderful recipe.

Cashew Crickle Candy

I don't know what Crickle is but I use this recipe to make the world's best Cashew,Peanut and Pecan Brittle known to mankind. This is absolutely the best brittle receipe ever.

Kentucky Butter Cake

O.k here is the skinny on this wonderful cake. One of the best glazed cake ever. I made it a butter rum cake by adding 3 teaspoons of rum plus the vanilla to the cake. I added 1 tablespoon of rum to the glaze after I removed it from the stove. I also made a final glaze to go on top of the cake. I made the same glaze on the recipe but I mixed in 3 to 5 tablespoons of powder sugar and rum to taste to the glaze after I removed it from the stove.

The Rated R for Richness Chocolate Cake

The absolute best cake ever. Although I do not eat chocolate my customers loooovvvvveee this one. Thanks for posting. I use a 72% dark Belgian chocolate which makes it very decadent.

Dark Chocolate Cake I

This is absolutely the best chocolate cake ever. If you follow the directions it is fool proof. My customers devour it every time I make it. I make it with a White Chocolate Butter Cream Icing and it is the perfect mixture. Icing: One cup of butter (cold) approximately a half of bag of white chocolate melted in 2 (tbls)of whipping cream,beat together.Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 1/2 cups of powder sugar or enough until thick.

Chocolate Cheesecake

This is a very goo cheesecake. I made it exactly with the exception I used a granola instead of graham crackers because that was all that I had and it is great according to my customers, I don't eat chocolate.

I made this chili month's ago and I forgot to rate it. This is absolutely the best chili that I have ever had. A lot of work but it is worth it in every bite. It also freezes well too.

Eggnog Cheesecake I

I am giving this recipe a 5 because my customers loved it. I on the other hand thought the rum flavor was a bit overpowering. However, I did use a very strong rum from Trinidad. Next time I will half the rum and it should be much better.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

I do not like pumpkin pie because I do not like the spicy taste of them. I prefer sweet potato pie instead. I made this pie for one of my customers and they loved it. So I am giving it a 5 because of my customers. The only thing I did different was to make my crust from scratch and I sprinkled powder sugar befor serving.

Brownie Caramel Cheesecake

This was very good. I made it twice once with the hard chocolate on top and the second time with a carmel sauce on top. I did make the brownies from scratch because I don't make boxed cakes. My customers did seem to like the one with the chocolate better.

Chocolate Ganache Icing

Apparently I did something wrong. I put everything together and when it was finished the butter separated so bad I think I may have to put powder sugar in it to save it. I don't think I will be using this one again. I did follow the instructions exactly.
