About this Cook
I love to cook for fun, and one day it would be great to take it to the next level.
My favorite things to cook
Pretty much anything, I love making something as simple as lunch fancy. I think I am best at dinners, whether it is quick and easy or special occasion.
My cooking triumphs
So far, I have had great success with the recipes on this website!
My cooking tragedies
Not really any to report so far... except once when I was young my best friend and I tried to make salt water taffy. When the mixture was boiling on the stove, she accidentally knocked a bar of crisco into the pot from the cabinet above. It was hilarious and horrible all at the same time. Needless to say, the taffy never pulled through (no pun intended). :)

Oatmeal Waffles
So good! I make these about once a week. I double the sugar and vanilla. I recently added a tablespoon of coacoa powder to make a chocolatey variation. It was great too!

Country Breakfast Casserole
Prett good. I listened to suggestions and I topped the casserole with pan-browned hash browns. This dish turned out great. Try using reduced fat sausage.

Pepperoncini Beef
This was so good!! I didn't do anything differently, except add some beef broth so the meat was covered. It turned out with just the right amount of spice. Served it on hogies. What a simple and excellent recipe!
