I'm looking for some cooking advise: How would it work to add Uncooked Brown Rice in the roast pan with a sirloin tip.  Would the rice cook in the 2 hours? Would adding the extra water make the roast tough? MORE

Ground Beef Noodle Casserole
This was more like a baked speggetti, next time i think I'll just use spegetti noodles. It was tasty though.
