Mom's Stovetop Pork Ribs
Awesome, awesome!!! Like a previous poster, I was skeptical of this recipe, but it had so many great reviews that I had to try. The meat was so tender and flavorful...this is a real keeper. The only thing I'll do differently next time is cut down just a little bit on the soy sauce and lime juice (my lime was EXTRA juicy!)...but just by a smidgeon...not even enough to consider giving this recipe any less that FIVE stars! Thanks so much!

Black Bean Tortilla Casserole
Made this tonight for vegetarian son and tried some myself. Excellent, easy and nutritious! I'm very pleased to find something so wonderful and hardy to fix for my son. Thanks for the recipe...this is a keeper!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
FANTASTIC!! So easy and so delicious. My husband loved it top. We both give this recipe a FIVE STAR rating. Definite keeper!
