Tasty Buns
I made brat buns with this recipe. Followed the recipe as mentioned, tastes like bisquik the first day, but are awesome brat buns the second day. For a greased pan, I used non-stick spray and flour. Note: the way I made them, they turned out a bit heavy, but that's perfect for brat buns. A bit too heavy for burger/chicken sandwiches.

Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies
I'd give it 3, but the family really loved them so it gets a 4. I added 1/4 cup of cinnamon chips too.

Crustless Spinach Quiche
Awesome, substitute fresh spinach, add 1/8 cup fresh parsley, 3 tbsp of minced garlic, and 8oz package of immatation crab. Switched the cheese to 8 oz of pepper jack. Instead of a pie plate, made in in standard size muffin pan (filled half way), made 12 mini quiches. Adjusted time to approx 22 minutes, or until top starts to turn slightly brown. This is now on my must make list for guests.
