Rhubarb Cheesecake
Absolutely a perfect cheesecake, I've also substituted different fruits for the bottom to mix it up a little.

No-Bake Cranberry Sauce Pie
Very light and sweet, with a slight tartness from cranberries but very delicious and not overpowering.

Award Winning Peaches and Cream Pie
Added a normal size can of peaches in addition to 59 oz. and about a tablespoon more of peach juice--excellant!
