Holy Smoked Bacon and Mushroom Penne
If I could give this recipe ten stars I would. My wife loves this dish, and I think she'd eat it once a week if she could. This is comfort food at its best.

Green Pepper Pork Chops
I like this recipe, but it certainly needs some tweeking or the gravy is too bland. I found that garlic or even low sodium chicken Herbox helped.

Herb and Chicken Pasta
This recipe was very fast and very flavorful. The only thing I left out was the rosemary, but, other than that I followed the recipe exactly. The red pepper flakes give this a nice heat. This is a good after work dinner.
