Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction
Very good! Cooked in skillet for 2 min per side (herbs started to burn) and then baked in toaster oven at 350 for 5 more min while making sauce (med doneness). Would be good recipe with Filet Mignon for those not fans of lamb. I would add some mushrooms to sauce next time.
