Recently married, expecting first child, and caring for two large dogs... all while working full-time at an online coffee shop. Life's all about balance! Comfort foods, like mashed potatoes and meatloaf, and deliciously fresh veggies. Never really had one with my immediate family, but my husband and I love to make up recipes and cook together. Still learning, but I like to have fun in the kitchen. First time I tried to make fudge. It didn't set, and I was left with a chocolate "soup".
